A while back, someone complained about Makro failing to repair/replace their damaged coil. Not only did they post their complaint on this forum, but on several other forums as well. Makro subsequently resolved the guy's coil problem but, unfortunately, these complaint posts still appear on several major forums creating an on-going bad press situation for Makro.
If you get angry with a vendor, please don't post your displeasure all over the Internet. Makro made good and resolved the original complaint, but they continue to suffer bad press because someone over-reacted.
