Thought everyone might like to see a 15th century house with 11,500 acres. Pictures were not allowed on the inside but it was amazing!!! Members of the family still live in one part of the house today. Take a look at the pics of the grounds. How would you like to be able to hunt this place for a couple months???!!! :detecting: I think it would make a great place for a club hunt!! :ukflag: :usaflag: :)

When do we schedule our vacations for this club hunt????? :heh:

I think that's a great idea Jeff. I'll get my passport and detector ready. :wiggle:

I bet it would make for one heck of an interesting monthly meeting display after 4 weeks at this place!!!!

18 square miles, that is half of a township. Jeff that is over 6% of Stark County, in just one estate. I wonder what it would cost to heat the place. Did they say how many full time grounds keepers they have?

I didn't ask but there are lots of events that go on on the grounds. Today was a fund raiser for kids with brain tummors. Sept 1 they have riding trails. The front grounds is open to the public and it's heavily used. They also have a herd of fallow deer that has been the same blood line for 400 years.
