The benafit of these forums.

Met a pretty good ole guy hunting on the beach down here. As luck would have it, he's using a AT Pro like mine. He's 10 yrs. older than me and hadn't been hunting in 35 yrs. He just got his Pro abt 2 months ago. OK before we met I'd been watching him a little. He's hunting the beach with a digger [no sifter] getting down every time sifting with his fingers. Well after talking to him, he'd never used the pinpoint button, and just hunted in what ever mode the Pro started up on. No one to show or help him. No forums. Totalty blind! Like I was 11 yrs ago. Got him fixed up some and guess what! He's the only one to find Silver between us. He's my pal for another week anyways.
