of course, the topic revolved around Katrina... is this God's wrath? Well, who are we to say for certain? However, my friend Paul brought up something he read in Isaiah (45:7) A very interesting verse and needless to say, it brought up a lot of discussion. I thought it very relevant and thought provoking, and wanted to share it with you. I'd love to hear your input on the subject...

is God created satan and he is evil and the father of lies! Why he turned out that way was his jealousy, so I guess God allowed the angels to either accept or reject Him, too! We wouldn't have a choice to choose Jesus, Who is God born in the flesh, without having evil, which causes trials and tribulations! The Bible says the heart of man is evil and condemned already for being born sinners because of satan's lies....therefore, I guess God did create evil, so we could be able to choose life and not death, for we aren't puppets on a string! Sure is puzzling though....Maybe we are pawns on a world's chessboard?? Well, that's my two-cents worth...others probably have a better answer for Isaiah 45:7 than I do!
