Here's my last couple of hunts, finishing off today with my regular Tuesday hunt with a buddy of mine. Lots of coins, tokens and some nice relics! I was surprised to find some of those old ski pole bottoms, with the leather still attached!

A nice old pocket watch, and a telegraph sending unit were found today.

Here's a close up of the pocket watch. The insides were missing and the numbers on the white face had long faded away.

Some nice older coins showed up including a more recent silver dime.

And an amazing 16 tokens found. Here is a sample of what I got.

Below are the best finds found by my buddy using his Garrett GTI 1500.

WHAT no Merry Widow containers:yikes:

Put your micrometer on the item marked ??? and if its in the neighborhood of .510 it's the business end of the 50 cal Browning brass you found earlier. They made many different type of rounds and added length to get weight......they (bullets) ran between a little over 2 inches to about 3 long.
I see you got another "HEX" coin..... and I think the ski pole bottoms are wiccan symbols for "earth"...........

That's a lot of tokens John:thumbup: I found a bullet like yours the other day, It was 2and1/4 long, my buddy said it was a 50 cal.

Saw a post somewhere where someone was complaining about the stock coil on the ATPro being too heavy and looking forward to the 5x8 coil. HAH! Try swinging the Infinium DD or mono coil for awhile and build up those Popeye forearms, then the standard coil on the ATPro will feel like a lightweight toy detector! Believe me, I *KNOW* ;)

I gotta get me one of them 5x8s...Looks like it rocks...

HH,

I second that emotion! Would have liked to have had that coil today working a narrow strip between metal bleachers and a baseball diamond.
