The ACE did good on relics this weekend

I hunted a field this weekend where there was an old home site back in the 20's.I was using my ACE250 with the 9x12 coil. The ACE is not my machine of choice for relics because it lacks depth but it surprised me. I found 5 Wheat Pennies from the 20's and a 1926 Standing Liberty Quarter also found some nice Civil War relics, an Eagle Button and a few bullets and some brass rivets. The bullets were pretty deep 7 1/2 or 8 inches but the Ace hit them with a repeatable bell tone signal. I have been using the Ace for relic hunting now for a few months and have been doing a lot better than I expected. ..........Bill in NC

Nice to hear about the extra depth with the 9X12. Air test depth has been impressive, looking forward to trying it out once the ground thaws.
