I hunted a park near my home today that dates back to the 30s, lots of junk but the V-tuned 4x6 sniffed out a 1917 mercury dime. The dime was around 4' deep and gave a solid +75 reading from only one direction. I had hunted that same location before with my DFX and the 5.3" concentric coil and missed that dime, there was a piece of trash aluminum very close to the dime and was apparently masking the dime. The graph gave a strong peaked 2.5 KHZ line, the graph reading as well as the strong pinpoint signal which also indicated the 2.5 KHZ signal was the deciding factor as far a digging the target. My feelings so far are that the graph reading is a very good indicator of the base metal of the target I havent seen the graph fooled yet. HH
