There is winter and there is Road Construction

You can tell winter real easy by the white stuff. You can tell the other season by the road construction barrels all over the Michigan hiways, Interstates and other paved surfaces.

I had always thought that Michigan must have rented a HUGE warehouse to keep all those barrels in during the winters and pulled them ALL out (to air them out maybe) during Road Construction season.

(I've seen barrels on areas that never even seen construction equipment so figure they are airing them out.)

Well the Winter season is coming soon and I am guessing Michigan couldn't afford that HUGE warehouse for all those barrels. What gives me this idea is I think from where this barrel is located they were looking high and low for places to put those barrels they didn't have room for in the warehouse.

Well here's some pics. Do you think I might be right?

Must have been some wind to blow that barrel from the express way over a mile away and up into that tree.

Don't speed through this area - fines are doubled in construction zones.

that means the tree is under construction! Maybe the barrel is bow hunting???

But most of all Praise God that the speeders will hopefully slow down in construction areas and save the lives of those who work on the roads! Too many here in Mo have been hit by some not paying attention and have died from being run over! Wonder how that barrel got up in that tree? Maybe some pranksters?
