I Want My AT PRO.......That ain't work'n, money for nothing get your beeps for free

Headed out today for the afternoon. Getting hot in Edmonton. Clear skies with a balmy temperature of 13 C / 55 F. Just wore a short sleeved T shirt and worked up a good sweat.

Wow that is quite a bunch of free beeps!

What coil do you use on your AT Pro John ? How does the AT Pro identify those Canadian dimes and quarters/what is the approx VDI reading ? I ask this because my F5 with DD coil identifies them in the iron range. Thanks.

I use the 9 x 12 concentric coil. I have never been very fond of DDs. The concentric coils give more accurate ID and pinpoint more easily.

Thanks a lot for the info. I figured you were using a concentric. If you have the DD coil in stock and you feel like it, let me know how it fares with recent Canadian coins as far as giving a correct ID.

I have used it, and for coin hunting Canadian coins, it is not near as good as a concentric..The audio from the concentric really helps and is superior compared to the DD coil.
