I thought I'd post a picture of our son Joshua doing a little pole vaulting. Here he is going over the 8' mark.
He ended up making 9' but it took him 3 times and the other kids that made 9' made it in 1 or 2 times so he got 3rd.
Not bad for his 1st year going this event
