I will try to arrange a swap of days with one of the coworkers but just don't put much hope in that at this point.

I have a few finds I sure would like to put into our contests (including this Aussie coin) but if I can't make it then will just have to be satisfied that I found the coin.

she mentioned having a job offer and I guess she didn't even call in last night so we don't know what the deal is. All I know is if she is history, Saturday night will be only 2 people working to maintain the whole building.
When I first got into maintenance they expected us to be able to do 11 miles a night of walking. This is now about 20 miles a night when I have to do both the scrubbing of the floors and the burnishing (polishing). (And that is with 3 people working where we are supposed to have 5 working each night).

The prospects of getting that night off now looks pretty slim. I still have vacation days waiting for approval and still haven't heard if they intend to authorize my paid vacation days or not - and one of the vacation times starts in about 2 weeks.

I guess if I see you at the meeting you will know God worked a miracle.
