A friend of mine traded for a name brand metal detector. He asked me to run it for a test drive since he didn't have a clue on its operation. After reading the manual, and watching the numerous YouTube video's on its operation the Quarterhorse undertook that task of shakedown cruise.

I took two hunts today. One with Brand X for 3 hours. I then took :inlove: Blackie:inlove: for a 4 hour stroll.

I ran both detectors wide open, hot and nasty with no Disc. "Huh"......"did you say something"......"what"? "I can't hear you"!!!!

I found a butterfly earRING :rofl: a 32 cal. starter pistol shell, a Benrus "Kentucky Rolex" watch, and 11 coins totalling $1.09 in my 3 hours with Brand X.

I then refueled myself and took the batteries out of X and gently slid them into Blackie :drool:. I found 107 coins totalling $7.89:thumbup:, a Wal-Mart gift card with $2.28 remaining:thumbup:, another :rant: key:thumbdown:, and a nice :inlove:11/2 10 kt. BLACKIE HILLS GOLD RING:inlove:, which VDI @ 47-48.

Total for the day in clad was $ 8.98 ................... (nice)

Total for the day in rings was 1 gold................... (nice)

Stroll with a metal detector that loves me............(priceless)

Question...Did scanning the AT Pro coil over that Walmart coil give you the remaining balance?:smoke:

Nope, as a lark I had my oldest colt call the 1-888-537-5503 located on the back of the card, you punch in the 16 digit card number and the ghost of Sam Walton's dawg, "Ol Roy" tells you the balance :rofl:
