Well, I am not celebrating Thanksgiving Day traditional as it conflicts with the German life and schedule since the younger kids are in school and older son has to work. We decided to do the turkey on Sunday as we usually have a big lunch with the family and in-laws anyway. I am off work most of the week and that is a great thing. Getting out detecting has been fun as I have lots of time. Here are the finds from about 6 hours and 4 fields. Two pewter buttons, an aluminum thimble in poor condition, two German WWII uniform buttons and a pastry jig in the middle.

The better side of 6 lead seals.

Three musket balls, a lead bullet and a lead soldier on a horse. I had been hunting a field and digging a lot of trash and the pouch was filling up. Found the base to the horse and did a circle around the hole looking for the rest of the figure and went on about my way. About 20
