Unfortunately my son has totally lost interest in metal detecting and myself I'm still interested but suddenly found myself without much time to do it. I've been out about 4 or 5 times since April, nothing special found, 1/2 dozen wheat's or so.
Anyway I most Likely won't be at any meetings and I just wanted to say it was a pleasure to meet you all and I thank you for the kindness you showed my son and myself. This really is a great club with good people. I'll still be out hunting in the occasions I get a spare minute and maybe I'll bump into somebody. Also I still check the forums often and will chime in from time to time.

I think someday he will be back even though it might be adulthood. If you two ever get the chance to make a meeting or club hunt, we would love to see you again.
