A couple of nice dowsing rods that go 500 feet into the ground and 1,000 feet into mountains

Two coat hangers and a couple of pieces of copper tubing will take care of your dowsing rod problem. 
There's an old boy here in Oregon that is a dowsing wizard. He travels all over for the oil companies and big corporations locating stuff for them. He don't miss.
