I posted pics of the rifle a while back when it was recovered and since have cleaned it using the method in an article I read in "American Digger". It was as easy as they made it sound. The pic doesn't do it justice. I'm very pleased with the results. The next piece to go into electolysis is the cannon ball. Thanks for looking.
