Here are some relics I have been finding while detecting this old site the first photo has buttons, stirrup and such. but in the second photo some of these relics I have to guess at their use anyone know what the symbol on the gold button stands for it has a Q,fish,& design on it. But I do enjoy the hunt..Have a Great Day Thanks JD
 
In the bottom picture does your buckle have a pat date on the back? I found one like it with pat date Dec16 1879. Nice finds!!!
 
Sure does, mine has the same patent date I wonder if it is some kind of military buckle? the relic in the second photo upper left is the rear sites off an old gun if I'm not mistaken Thanks JD
