How much do I miss my AT PRO? I had Bart at Big Boys Hobbies overnight me another one..lol A week or so ago I had to send in my 1st generation AT Pro back to Garrett (it had a gremlin problem) anyways, waiting on it's return I decided to order another. I got the spring special sport package that came with the two double d coils...I figure when my other Pro comes back from the Garrett hospital, I'll slap the smaller double D on it and use it for trashy areas and water hunting. In the meantime I'm out tommorow with my new AT PRO....That machine's so nice I had to own it twice!

Paid off too!! Had a 5 silver coin day today, including a standing liberty half...That makes my 3rd half dollar in a month with the AT PRO!! Thanks for the comments folks!

I'd have gotten the AT-Gold, then you'd have a matching set that can use all the coils too.

I used my friends AT Gold for a week or so, I liked it ok, but for the sort of hunting I do (relic/coin) around here in the midwest. The AT Pro just suits my needs better overall as a machine....The AT Pro and Garret Pro pointer for me is the Dynamic Duo..LOL
