I emailed White's a few days ago telling them that when using my Eagle my headphones only have sound comming out of one ear piece and the headphone jack is alittle sloppy (headphones unplug way too easy). A fella named Todd sent me back an email telling me it is because the Eagle has a mono jack and my headphones don't have a stereo/mono switch & if I sent him my address he would send me out a new headphone jack. Today I went out to the mail box and had a package from White's, it was a new headphone jack. Took my Eagle apart soldered in the new jack and all is well. I have set of Sun Ray Pro Gold headphones on its way to me, can't wait to get them and see how they sound on the Eagle. Thanks Todd and thank you White's, thats what I call customer service. Steve.
