Thank you White's Metal Detectors!

I can't believe this kind of service. I picked up a used MXT and decided to send it in to Whites in Sweet Home, OR to have it checked out and tuned up. They said to send the control box and a coil with it. It had two coils so I decided to send the Eclipse DD coil because it looked well used.

A week ago I sent it off along with a letter saying if they could replace the knobs and do what ever else needed to be done to get it in tip top shape. I included my credit card information in the letter.

Today I got back my machine. Here is what they did:

The replaced the DD Eclipse 6X10 coil. (I didn't even know it was bad)

Replaced bad Trac switch

Replaced the arm cuff. (It was secured with a screw and wobbled all over the place)

Replaced all the knobs

Replaced the LCD Window.

I swear it looks almost brand new.

Total cost to me was $10.00 and that was for the shipping. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!

I even sent the battery holder with no batteries and they sent it back with a fresh set.

You just don't expect that kind of service from a company in this day and age.

Well done White's! It nice to see a company take care of their customers.

I sent in a used PI. They said it needed work. I sent in some money. They didn't even send me
my old detector back. They sent me a brand new PI PRO. WOW!!! What can you say. It just doesn't
get any better than that.....
 
dealers also. I have had nothing but total cooperation and support from White's and my distributor. They back me 100% and share cost on promo's so as to take a big load off the dealer. First rate people. As with any company, you are going to have a problem now and then but so far all is well. The other companys that I am a dealer for also, have been very good in helping. Bottom line is, good service is a must and the manufactors are coming to appreciate

I bought an older Eagle II SL (90) and asked Todd Marshal if user video's were still available for this 15 year old detector. He told me he found one in the stock room and sent it to me for free! This is definitely a great service oriented business. Thanks Todd! :clap:
