Been a while since my last post. Things got nasty when I asked questions concerning my Outlaw, two of my post were deleted due to the vitriol of some people. I figured there is more good on this forum than bad, so I'm back. I have found some amazing things with the Outlaw and I am more than pleased with it..I just wanted say thank you to Rusty at Tesoro. He spent a good 15 to 20 min. with me on the phone today concerning a toggle switch problem. He was very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. Customer service is top notch with the people at Tesoro and I felt I needed to mention it.

Rusty has been detecting almost longer than i have been alive, He has to know what he is talking about , and he is not just out for a buck, I am glade he is around for us all
 
Yep, Good ole Rusty is one great guy. He is a pleasure to just shoot the breeze with or talk detecting. He also sells detectors and is on great guy to deal with. I am glad he works for Tesoro.
 
it is nice calling customer service for a product and getting informative answers. instead of a foreigner named "mike" who is handling many different products, reading answers from a computer. rusty was very good with me and my questions. made sure i was all set. i will stay with the tesoro line, with the warranty and customer service thats hard to beat.
 
Rusty is the best, true gentleman.
You can't outsource that kind of customer service!
