My stock 10.5 CTX coil went bad on me so I called MINELAB and talked to Nadia, she emailed me a UPS label. I sent it in Monday last week, two days later on Wednesday she called me back to tell me they received my coil and were sending me a replacement. The following Friday I received a brand new coil with cover. I've never received such quick and satisfactory service.
