My stock 10.5 CTX coil went bad on me so I called MINELAB and talked to Nadia, she emailed me a UPS label. I sent it in Monday last week, two days later on Wednesday she called me back to tell me they received my coil and were sending me a replacement. The following Friday I received a brand new coil with cover. I've never received such quick and satisfactory service.

Thanks again MINELAB, and thanks for the CTX, it's a incredible machine!

What the heck? I had to pay to ship my battery and battery charger to them 2 weeks ago. I was pretty appalled by the service. I didn't get it back until 2 weeks later. I only owned it for a week and the battery died on me already. It was nice getting a confirmation call from them though, at least I got that. Oh and some stickers.

Sorry about that Lester... I would probably give them a call ask why there was a difference in shipping methods. I can see it taking longer due to availability of parts, but it is curious why you would have to pay out of pocket....
