Recently I broke an armrest on my Explorer. I am tough on my machines. I emailed Minelab Las Vagas and requested a new arm rest. I immediately the same day, received an email that I would receive my arm rest in a few days. In less than 5 days, an arm rest was delivered to my door in New York State.
