I mostly hunt beaches in SC with my Sea Hunter. A few years back I bought an AT Pro, went beach hunting and was not very happy. I kept trying and watched all the videos and read the manual, but not much targeting. Well I kept at it but after just about wearing the thing out. I put it away went back to my trusty Sea Hunter. A year later I decided maybe I should send it back to Garrett so I called and sent it in. There is a small fee for checking one out and with my cash flow going out with the tide and the age of my machine I was not sure I made the right move. Well a few weeks passed and I get a call, your machine has been fixed under warranty and there is no charge! Garrett even payed the shipping back. But guess what, they sent me a brand new AT Pro and a hat. I'm as happy as a bird with a french fry. I feel like part of the family, truly great people with the best machines out there.
