Awhile back I asked for prayers for lewis in our chruch he has been fighting a long battle with a very weak Heart,he has been on a Heart pump for many years during this time he got worse and he was put on the list for a Heart-transplant,he was on a list for a heart,for months he became worse and started to have problems with the liver so they upgraded him and the Lord opened a door when they a found a donor from a younger man.The operation went so-so he was having trouble having to adjust his body for 2-3 weeks doctors were trying everything to help him out.Two weeks ago were able to control his heart pattern and just this month he was able to stay with a sister thats close to methodist hospital in Houston,Texas..Last sunday he made a supprise appearance at our church and was able to bring GLORY TO THE LORD for his healing
What a battle to go through,he never gave up yet during his stay at the hospital he wittness to many patients that were there with heart problems he was a great wittness for the lord.There was another patient that still gave up while being on the pump and gave up and had the Dr.'s turn off the heart pump.Very sad for Lewis to see this he tried his best ,but the patient just gave up.
life is tough and hard ,but you have to fight to the end some of us will have to go through hardships, but never give up on the Lord.
