I concur, Clive's books are great, I have 4 and they are awesome. Everyone should get his specific books for their type of machine, the book that brought a lot home to me, well written and very thorough was "Site reading for Gold and Silver". I had read his " advanced methods for Finding gold in the water with the Minelab Excalibur", then I read "Site Reading' and then so much of it came together. I felt i had a chance of using the M Lab to find some rings etc, I went out and snagged my first gold with it the very next go.
Thanks Clive and Gulf hunter, your recommendations proofed invaluable.

I'll be in that same boat with you Craig in April '10, of course i'm still going to get the excalibur 2. But can't wait to use the Dual field out here. I got 7 months to put Clive's book to memory before it arrives. Don't forget about the hook up!!! Anyway, it was great to see you name in his book and always awesome to see your finds!!!!
