I will be hunting with it some this weekend, this heat wave is a killer in the south, it's so hot I saw two ticks carrying canteens, lol but will let you know I how did, HH hank

Sens@max nickel reads 6", quarter reads 6" to strange thing the nickel may have a slightly more depth, and the dime is at 4", the C&S coil you lose depth but gain coverage cause most jewelry will be shallow in most cases, hank the feel of it isn't to bad but then again I'm a big man but I added the Velcro arm strap and it helps in handling it, HH hank

your gonna love the feeling of covering so much ground so thoroughly,,,, and the weight will become a problem at some time,,,, the weight of your FINDS pouch !!!! HH!!!!

Hank I had considered one of those for the cutlass a while back. Kinda still would like one.

By the way what machine are you running?

Hey Lakota I'm using the golden umax, the clean and sweep is a great tool for hunting jewelry. HH tigerhank68

Yeah the jewelry was what I had in mind. Though before I buy anything else I need a larger coil for my F75, I lost the 11" DD coil to a fresh water hunt a couple weeks back. So that has to come first. And if I go with the 13" ultimate it may be a moot point to get the Sweep, well unless your finds start to convince me otherwise ;)

Good luck and keep us updated. Have a ton of soccer fields here.

Don't base my finds on your decision, you get what you what to get, I'm saying the C&S coil is designed for the hunting I want to do, shallow digs but speedy recovery . Hank

Oh I hear you Hank.. The first sterling bracelet (10.6 g 7.5" double linked ) I found was made in the 60-70s and was only 2-3" down, so if that is any indication on how fast they like to sink then it should do awesome for you.

Have you done any air test on silver/ gold chains?
