TH Tone?

In Audio under "Tone" there is "Th. Tone," "Variability," "Limits."
Andy Sabisch mentions I think everything except the Th. Tone. What is that and what is it for and how does one adjust it?

It is the tone of Your Threshold. After You have pressed enough buttons to get to it press the button to the right or left of the "TH TONE" and bar. Right raises the pitch in tone Left lowers it. It is a personal prefferance, set it to a tone You can live with. I personally can deal with the hogher end of the tone, it doesn't grate on my nerves near as much as the lower hum tone. Don't be afraid to adjust any of the adjustments, You can always adjust it back to the original set-up.

Only because I dont like hearing a low tone then threshold going back to a higher one.. think its easier on the ears to always be listening foor a low to high tone.. I really dont think it affects anything but a personal preference

Thanks Tony.
Been using iron mask today. Found some modern coins. Been looking for my former wife's childhood ring at her parent's home that she lost about twenty years ago. Don't know if I'll ever find it. She lost it near the edge of the road getting off the bus in the snow and never could find it. It could be anywhere! But just thought it would really be neat if I could find it. Might be a neat write-up in the paper for detectorists and Minelab if I find it?
But I'm beat. I was at the edge of the road with hammer and long screwdriver in the hard hard gravel pounding and digging away at the good signals. No ring yet.
Wish me luck.
