momma always said you get what you pay for.........sooooo
i went out and after much reading and snooping i now have my dedicated land and water units..
my new to me whites beach hunter id is now here and air tests fine..haven't dipped it yet....
i'll annoint it this weekend...lol
have my tesoro vaquero [new to me] coming soon....got both used but darn near new condition...from what i understand both are really good middle of the road detectors?i don't think either is more than a few years old and both seem to have enough ''current technology'' to suit me....
went for the tesoro as i have read mixed reviews on id'ing targets.....
but i did want units with some disc?
the old garrett treasure master 2 i have is a trash finding magnet.....i just can't quite get used to it...although i used it at a trashy site with stock coil...probably just me...?
anyone have any advice for beach hunting here in texas or in general?or land with the tesoro?
i believe both use ground balancing?and have read that is the best way to go?
still searching this forum...lots of friendly folks and good advice....
any response always app......
thanks
