Texas A&M belt buckle

I found this Texas A&M belt buckle today and it is about 1" tall by 2.5 inches wide. I have found some on the internet that were similar in design, but Texas was in a white banner and Aggies was in a maroon banner, whereas this one has TEXAS AGGIES in a maroon background. The back has JENKINS, Baltimore, MD on it. I am trying to establish the vintage of this buckle. It seems to be made of copper. Any help in establishing the era or age of this buckle would be appreciated

1930'S MESA COLLEGE GRAND JUNCTION COLO. ART DECO BELT BUCKLE!! DIFFERENT COLLEGE BUT SAME BUCKLE..

yeah, I found the ones like you show, but I could not find the Aggie one. They, like yours were exactly the same design. Even the raised corner pieces around the collegiate seal are the same. Unless someone else tells me different, I am going to assume that it is 1930's vintage. Thanks.......and Happy Hunting!!

Jenkins on the back.

To be honest with you I've always been a Longhorn fan but we still love our Aggie's....no really! Just wanted to say that is one nice find of vintage Aggie memorabilia!

well, I am proud to say that I am a 1973 graduate of Texas A&M and finding an Aggie keepsake made my day. To find out it is old, made it even better.......'Gig 'em!!!!!!!!!
