took my new cz3d out today, and man does it love nickles..the take was 14 nickles,3 wheats,a bunch of newer clad,a complete necklace with pendant, and some sort of light lens i think!!so far i'm liking the cz..thanks for looking

Nickels are good...are others ignoring them, thinking pulltab! Keep hitting that area, got to be some gold in the mix. Is that a HF coil you are using?

im using the stock coil, the machine is dual frequency 5&15 khz..it id's nickle s great..

If it's a buffalo nickel it will bounce between nickel and foil. I've dug 5 buffalos with mine so far.

Thanks for the tip, thats good to know..i noticed if i run it in salt mode it puts screw caps in the zinc range..i like that!!saves alot of digging in the park!if its a really old park i'll run in enhanced mode!!

Good haul there undrpar! Digging all of those nickles, you should get some gold. I hope that you do. Best of luck and...

Yeah Nickels are good, when I have a lot of nickels and pull tabs in the pouch I know I have been working hard. Congrats on the new machine enjoy HH

screw caps on most machines i've used read zinc and if you ignore the zinc you can miss indian heads and some rings

Congratulations! Nice finds. I got to use a CZ3D a few time and always wanted one.

Don't know how it is for that machine, but five of the largest gold rings I've dug with the M6 showed up as screw caps.
