made this out of some simple matterials and it works great I can put a hole scoop in and it will not tip at all just push it down and it washes out the sand , it weighs less than 1 pound got some shot gun shells full ones and an old early 1970,s cans and trash no ring today It says on the top of the can pleas do not litter, and dispose of properly, NO they threw it in the lake and it sat thear for 42 years, O what a world.
