TEST: Something seems to be wrong with FISHER forum

There seems to be something wrong here on the FISHER forum. I received 9 email announcing replies to the threads I've been following. I simply click on the link of each reply and I would be brought here to the actual thread reply.

I was away for a couple of days so today when I decided to visit the forum via each email, I did not get the normal forum thread page with your posts/replies. Instead I got a page with a rectangular pink box with this message in the box: [Sorry, the message you have requested could not be found.] After a few seconds the normal forum page replaced this page.

In order to share with you the problems I was experiencing I went back to my email page and copied the email notice for the 9 messages and paste them on this page. BUT, I could NOT paste them here on this page. Instead, what appeared in this space was the last thing I copied and pasted, something that I addressed to someone else in a reply to them.

Fisher forum replies was not all I received. Along with the email notices for this forum, I also got email notices for the Bounty Hunter forum. I did not have a problem going to the BH forum. I simply clicked on the link in my email and I was brought to the BH forum thread. But with the Fisher forum all I got was that page with the above message in the rectangular pink box.

This is what my email page shows on the subject line, as an example of an email I could not access:
Find's Treasure Forums [Fisher Forum] New reply: Funnier.... 6/13/2008 12:26:24 AM

In the actual email body a link is included that when clicked on brings me to the Fisher Forum and the thread that the reply is to be found under. I had no success in seeing the thread, period. So in order for me to find that reply I have to guess what thread it's under! Remember, I did not have this problem with the Bounty Hunter forum.

Can anyone tell me what is going on and if any of you are going through the same thing?

tony: I can understand that if it was one unpopular post/reply. But here are the 9 titles of the various email replies I tried to access. Each time that I clicked on the link I was not brought to the thread/reply but to the page with the pink rectangle that says: [Sorry, the message you have requested could not be found.] A few seconds later the Fisher Forum page would replace the page with the pink rectangle/message. I have never had this problem before.

Are the following replies found in only one thread that got pulled? Or are they found in various threads?:

I doubt that with your quality control problems that are a MATTER OF FACT.
You can get them online, or by mail.:usaa:

After I submit this reply, I'm coming back to my OP and remove my mention of copying and pasting as I found I was making a mistake in the procedure. My complaint now is only about being able to access the above thread(s) to possibly reply to what was said under the 9 subjects.

BTW, just a few minutes after my OP appeared and which I saw, I came back to the page and my OP was not listed. Now, surprisingly, it is and you saw it also since you replied. But for a few minutes, it was not among the threads.

P.S. Here's more strange goings-on. After I submitted this reply I went back to my email and I saw that I had received a reply but, once again, when I clicked on the link I was brought to the page with the pink box. Then I came back here to edit my OP and my OP does not include an edit link! But my reply to tony did include an edit link! What gives? Additionally, below this box I have the choices of Check Spelling - Preview - Save Changes - Cancel. I think Save Changes appears when one edits a message. I wasn't able to edit my OP so why do I have the chance to Save Changes when I'm replying, not editing?

I already replied to tony's reply because I was already here on the forum and saw tony's reply to my OP. After I replied to tony's reply, I saw in my email that a reply to my OP arrived. When I saw the body of the email I saw that it was annoucing tony's reply and I clicked on the link and was brought here. I wasn't able to do this with the other 9 emails.

Additionally, along with tony's reply I also received another notice from Fisher Forum and that one is (continued below):

We're talking a matter of minutes here. When I clicked on the link for this email, once again I was taken to that page with the pink box. So, to reiterate, I was able to access tony's message but not Hang in there MIKE!

I am befuddled!
 
Thanks for reading this far down. My update is that I realized a couple of things. I just clicked on the last email that I received which brought me to the page with the pink box with the message: [Sorry, the message you have requested could not be found.]

I just clicked on the same email and instead of going to the page with the pink box, this time I arrived at a page that said:
You are no longer following this topic.
Click here to return to the topic.

When I saw the above message I realized that I may have opted out of receiving further notices for that thread. SIMPLY: The pink box threw me for a loop and the wording on the regular page reminded me of actions I must have taken. If I had gotten this page instead of the one with the pink box, I would have been reminded sooner and I would not have pursued this. I am cured.
 
There were some file maintenance being done yesterday, lets call it a little house keeping. :) Hopefully it's all under control.
 
I spent my Fathers day underwater doing my final open water dives to get certified. That's why I had been asking for a CZ-21. But that's OK.....there are many other Land/Sea units out there.
