It's a matter, I think, of knowing where you're storing the pics and then pointing the forum to the pics you want to upload when you click the "Browse" button. If you create a new folder on your hard drive and put the pics there, then Right-click on any of them and do a "Resize Pictures" it SHOULD do a resize right in the same folder and save a copy of the original with the word (Small) appended to it (or Medium or Large, as appropriate) and so you would then have two pictures...the original and the resized one. The forum could care less where you upload them FROM. If there's anything I can do to help, let me know. Not sure I'm understanding the problem but I know it can be worked out.
