is of my niece, 2nd is me, 3rd is my daughther, 4th is a house on the side of a busy highway, I don't know how old it is. Thanks Joe.
 
http://www.download.com and you can download Paint Shop Pro it's by JASC. You can resize the pics that way or if you have photosuite it will do the same thing. Hope this helps.
