Got my GTI 2000 back which was upgraded to a GTI 2500 this past week back 11/19/07, Took it for a test run yesterday afternoon 11/20/07 for a hour.

Hunted a rough spot in my opinion as it is not really that old 1959 area, was a school that closed down 7 years ago and is now used as a YMCA, and toddlers school in back area

And if there were some silvers there, I'm not surprised at all that you got them. Looks like the upgrade made for a leaner, meaner GTI 2500. Now go out, have some fun and keep those finds rolling in

Thanks John & Bill, will be putting it to the real test as soon as this wet cold, bone chilling weather by the LAKE (Erie) lets up a little. 35 to 40 MPH blowing in shore off the lake sorta slows these old bones down:rage:

Know where you're coming from. Been on the banks of the Great Lakes in winter. Double BRRRRRR! Worked one winter in Waukegan, Illinois right on the banks of Lake Michigan. Bone breaking cold.:)
