Awesome finds!! I just got my first Morgan Dollar last year. Me and a friend were at a ball field that I came across when out detecting small towns. I found 3 silver Washington Quarters,4 Merc's and 2 Rosie's. Also found some Wheat's. When I got the signal from the silver dollar, I was running in digital and it came up as 27-28(most of the time the ID was 2
and switched over to smart find to see where the cross-hairs were ending up on the display. I thought it was going to be a Half-Dollar, so I called my friend Randy over to check it with his Explorer. He thought it was a Half too, so I started digging and about 8"-10" I seen it. I seen the edge of it and yelled out "(HOLY CRAP!), it's a silver dollar!"! He couldn't believe it. 1 week earlier he found his first silver dollar and that was just amazing to see another big silver found so soon at a different site. Anyways, Randy found a few silver dimes and some Wheat pennies but this I know for sure, I will never forget that moment in time when I unearthed that BIG SILVER!
