Tesoro turn around time for repairs?

Could someone out there tell me what the turn around time is for Tesoro's that are sent in for repair. I had to send my Sand Shark in about 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing. I was thinking about calling them, but I don't want to be a pest. Any help would be appreciated. I've got my back up but it's not meant for water use. I really want to get back in the water and get some finds.

I'd give them a call, it's been awhile since I sent one in but it was like 2 weeks turnaround. Being springtime they are probably very busy.
 
I sent mine in and it came back exacltly four weeks from the day I sent it off.
Maybe longer for some types of problems than others. Mine just need to be retuned and checked over.
