Tesoro Toltec 2 shaft locks

Hope everyone is doing well. My Toltec 2 has the older shaft assembly and I was wondering if the conventional twist locks will fit? If so, anyone know where to order one? Thanks in advance

I would guess that I am one of the very few on this forum that still has an old Toltec ll, had mine since new in '95. I don't think that it can be converted to rod locks, but you never know untill you ask, maybe Rusty at Tesoro would know. I've seen the Toltec ll modified to a

I just thought of solution to your problem, Chuck at Indian Nation Metal Detectors is selling Pugger Shaft Locks for $12.00 shipped. These are universal fit 7/8 inch and will fit a Tesoro rod, I'm thinking about one for my Tiger Shark as it gets gritty and hard to disassemble. You might check it out.
