Tesoro Sticker Replacement

Has anyone replaced the stickers on the side of control head? The vinyl seems to sererate from print. Little super glue but I wantto replace if I can get from Tesoro. Thanks

I have replaced them on a couple of Tesoro detectors. Call the factory and see if they have the ones you want. If they do once you get them you can peel off the old side stickers as good as you can with your fingers then go and get yourself a product called Goo Gone, it is available in alot of places such as Walmart and is very inexpensive and works wonders. After the Goo Gone gets all the remaining pieces of stickers off, clean the side of the detector with a soft cloth with alittle rubbing alcohol. Let dry really well and place new stickers on, you detector will look like new. I remember with the ones I did every time I took them out to use I got that feeling of "man this machine looks great" and I did it myself. Down the road if you decide to sell/trade the detector it will be more valuable. Steve.

Tesoro will sell you the control head stickers .... In fact I have a set for a Bandido II somewhere in the house..... Heck if I can remember where though... lol

Don't need to buy Goo Gone ,got peanut butter in house? works great for all types of glue residue. I use it all the time for removing sticky glue residue.

And it sure tastes better than Goo Gone

P.S. Don't anyone read this and go & taste Goo Gone, it probably is poisonous to consume.

Easiest way to get stickers off, use a heat gun. Heat the stickers just to the point to soften the adhesive.
They will pull off very easy and cleanly. then use Googone for any remaining residue
