Tesoro Silver uMax

I've used my Tesoro Silver uMax for 8 years now. I was wondering how much better(if at all) the new ones like the Cibola and others are at depth, discrimination, etc. ? Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi eebee, well there is nothing I can say since you are well schooled on the Silver. I love the Silver. But the 9x8 coil on the Cibola and HOT circuitry I believe will go a bit deeper. So if you want a change of pace the Cibola ought to do the trick for you Happy hunting and God Bless.

the new HOT coils dont false the way the older coils do. Even though the Silver is still a great machine, I would pick a Cibola over the Silver.

Got 'em both. The Cibola is definitely deeper and covers a little more ground than the Silver. But with your knowledge of the Silver, you probably won't do any better with the Cibola. Maybe your old sites will give up a few deep targets. But that Silver Umax is a baaad machine!
