Tesoro Silver uMax won't turn off

Has anyone had a problem and/or know a fix for a silver uMax that will not turn off? Yes, I'm sure the knob is turned all the way off. The only way to turn off is to remove battery. I have not contacted the factory yet, just thought I's check in here first.

If you don't hear a "click" when you shut off the silver then probably the pod is shot. But All in all, Good thing it a TESORO!
Give Mr Gifford a call at TESORO and let him know what your problem is. I'am POSITIVE he will help you out!
