I have my Tiger Shark on it's way to Tesoro for service as well. My first time sending in a Tesoro so that says a lot! I hear very good things about their warranty and service; will let y'all know how it pans out when they get the Tiger in and get 'er fixed up, but I am anticipating stellar service!

I just had some work done on my Compadre. I cannot ever remember a more pleasant experience. Mailed it from Houston by UPS and it arrived 3 days later . 4 days after that It was returned fixed and ready to go. They included the results of a test and a personal note on the repair and lastly thanking me for buying Tesoro. This is truely the way American companies should provide product support. I am a Tesoro user for life.

service looks great but living in michigan service would take a few days longer. The replys i read about the service could not be better. thanks to everybody. Now i have to try to decide what detector is best for coin shooting.
