Here is why I will continue to buy Tesoro Detectors. Every time I have called Tesoro they have been pleasant and answered my questions. I just sent in a detector for repair and it is on it's way back. They repaired it within a couple days. Simply amazing! Over the years I have owned an eldorado, bandido, cortes, de leon, vaquero, conquistidor, golden and euro sabre. I hope they come out with something new so I can buy it
Absolutely agree! Living in Phoenix, twice have had to use their warranty, once for my own machine, and once for a buddy of mine... he bought his uMax after seeing how much I liked mine... anyways, both times, their customer support was outstanding. In both instances, I asked if I brought the machine up to them , could I possibly wait for it (they are a little over an hour away), and I fully, and reasonably expected them to say that it would at least take a few days... but, in both instances, they said sure, come on up... I did, and within an hour or so, they had us back in business.
They did NOT have to do that, but, really appreciate it that they did, very good folks there, in my opinion.
Although I have never needed service on any of my Tesoro detectors, I have called them with questions and they have been great in that aspect. Rusty Henry is a great guy to talk to and how many companies call you call and actually talk to the owner of the company?? You can at Tesoro, and
that's one of the many reasons I will continue to support Tesoro by buying their products. Thank you Tesoro for taking care of your customers after the sale!!
