Tesoro Response Time...

How long does it usually take to get a response back from Tesoro? I sent a couple of email questions to them a few days ago and have not heard back. Just curious  TonyTX...

I find it takes awhile for them to get back to you by way of an email, you get great results by calling them - here is their phone number 1-928-771-2646 Steve...

Tony, I don't think they answer emails. I have emailed them several times over the years and never got an email back. Call them and they will jump on your problem. R.L.

To be such a great company with a life time warranty they have a big problem with e-mails. They never respond. I wonder why they even bother to have an e-amil address. I like their equipment very much.

I'm surprised to read these responses......the one time I asked them a question they responded by instantly sending me a new part...no questions asked.... I think they responded in 2 or 3 days.

I emailed once and after a week I didn't get a response. So I emailed again and had a good response the next day I checked.
First time = Nada, second time = prompt response.
Then sometime afterwards I sent an email because the submittal form for the MDI (Metal Detector Information) 21st edition magazine was not working. So my email was to let them know. I got a prompt response and the nice gal said that she would take care of it and send the MDI so I wouldn't have to re-submit from the web site.
The 21st MDI showed up in my home mail box shortly afterwards and I really enjoyed the reading. I still have the issue.
My work gets strange things that happen to our email/computer systems. I have emails out to other companies that I never got a response for wanting to purchase a product. It just seems to me that it usually works, and sometimes don't for whatever reasons.
Then like others suggested, maybe a phone contact.
I just didn't do a phone contact because it was low priority.

Since I use the 5.75" coil 90% of the time they tuned it to the 5.75" coil. I am probley going to sell it. It is going to be like getting rid of a good friend. Hate to do it. Between the 4" coil and the 5.75" coil it is very hard to beat in the trash and Iron trash. Sent the Xterra 70 in to Minelab it keeps cutting off. Battery springs are shot and they need replaced. Next is my SE and the bad 10' coil it has. Then my F75 with all it's problems. Not worried Minelab and First Texas has always been fast and never a long turnaround time. Was going to send my MXT in but when they told me it was going to cost $100 just for a speaker and a look see if it needs a tune up. I think I will change it myself. $45 labour and $15 for speaker rest for a tune up. I have always used head phones and never really noticed it but I can't sell it like it is. Sent my 12.5" and 16.5" Excellerator coils for my GT down to my buddy in Cape Coral FL. to use and to check them out. He wants a larger coil for his GT. They are really deep and the tones and ID are dead on. Excellent coils. I been testing a new style coil for a friend of mine and I just am running out of time . It keeps rainning and I can't get out. Like having Cabin Feaver and that is a bummer  . Things will get better as soon as my Babies are back and fixed and all well. :D: :D: Later HH Jerry aka Tinfoil.

Been there, done that (different machine) - regretted it afterwards - I wished I would have thought it over a third time.

I'm there now :sadwalk:
