No problem. Just a wild guess on used price... A perfect, "cherry" example...maybe as much as about $250. Looking at ebay recently sold listings, I see that one sold for about $150, and another about $225. Really depends on who's looking at the time... Sometimes listings are really high, and sometimes a fair bit lower. Need to ask questions as a buyer, though...

I just watched an ebay Bandido II microMAX that had some pictures of the decent areas shown in the listing, but not the bad areas. I asked the seller to show those areas in additional pictures, so he sent them to me, but didn't add 'em to the listing. Left side had scratches and decal peeling off, serial # sticker was peeling, and battery tabs had been broken off. None of that was mentioned in the listing and seller discribed it as "very good condition"... Well, at least it went cheaper than many have been lately. ^_^

I agree. Must ask questions.
Although you are completely covered if the unit arrived in worse condition than described in the post.
But if it was cheap, I'd buy it and send it to tesoro for the $50. If. In the end, it's still a good price for the unit plus the times and money to send in, I'd do it.
That's what I did with my Deleon but there was really nothing wrong with it, just needed to be tuned to the coil and I guess coil had to be rebuilt.

One of the great things about Tesoro!
I would have bought that one recently on eBay and sent it in, if I really needed another one of them to use. Since I already have Tesoro overload though...

Now, if I happen to see a cherry Diablo microMAX or a Golden... The French "L'Invincible" looks pretty interesting, as well.. Sort of like the Eldorado.. It's a sickness, I guess.
^_^

I'm a fan of the Silver Sabre umax and have several. IMHO a clean. used one would be a bargain at 150.00 to 175.00. Exceptionally clean and/or if one just really wants one, maybe 200.00 to 225.00.
