Tesoro Outlaw and Every Day Finds

Just wanted to post a few finds that I got yesterday with my Outlaw. No silver, no gold, no ancient coins. Just everyday finds we all come across. Why am I posting these? Because when I was out yesterday I was thinking about how wonderful this hobby is, and how much I enjoy being part of a great community here in this forum. This forum, is an excellent platform for support, acceptance, and sound advice not criticism, no matter how eloquent you think it might be written. For me, after 25 years of detecting, I still get a charge out of the every day finds, a clad dime, and old key or even a few kids toys now and then. The gold and silver? Yea, that

Well said Mike :) I am right there with you. Even if I just get a few pennies it is worth going out.

Mike it looks like you should open up a car lot.

I know what you mean, it's fun to find most anything. Nickels put a smile on my face.

Your attitude matches mine. Keep diggin'.

Is the car in the middle, the James bond one. If it is then they are very collectable and they can be worth a bit. Les in the UK

Good point!

Everyone has their favorite brand of metal detector and their favorite model. The one common denominator among us all and our detectors, is that we love finding that 'treasure' be it a toy car or the ever elusive gold and diamond ring.

HH everyone!

Just got my new Outlaw yesterday! Yippee!

Now to rewatch 53silver's videos...

The cars are all from the movie "Cars", with eyes in the windshield.

Looks like a nice hunt Mike! Like one of mine! Thanks for reming me and showing me that we do not get the old coins or Jewelery everyday! Beale.

I'm with you. After 35 years, I am still amazed that you can look into the soil and find something.
I get just as excited digging a Chucky Cheese token as a Gold ring.
Well, almost.

lol i found a chucky cheese token on a beach where i find old cw and pre cw relics. i thought i found a big gold coin, my hearth stopped and then my stomach fell to my feet when i realized what it was. i was soooooo demotivated after that lol
