hello all, iam thinking of buying a used tesoro Mayan detector has anyone used one if so are they any good please let me know thanks...........later
 
the last of Tesoro's good VLF/TR's, but .... that's all it is, a VLF ground cancelling mode and a 'traditional' TR-Disc. mode. It was upstaged about eight months after its release by the Inca which used the same rod/housing configuration, but provided VLF/VLF-Disc. operation so you had a good, slow-motion, silent-search Disc. mode. I owned both, liked both, but preferred the Inca due to the weaknesses of the TR-Disc. mode operation in rough, uneven ground.

Monte whats the diff between VLF-disc and tr-disc and does that mean every time the coil got bumped it would sound off and what type of depth do they get. sorry for picking your brain.but your the only one who seems to know anything about this detector i can't find manuals,reviews or anything.
