Tesoro is the best

I sent Tesoro a machine I considered a candidate for the scrap heap and not only did they fix it, they did it fast and efficiently. They have the best customer service of any of the MD companies I've dealth with. If you're a newbie you'd be doing yourself a great disservice if you don't consider buying a Tesoro. I'm not financially connected with Tesoro in any way (wish I was though, with customer service this good they must be doing ok). I started with a Cibola and I still haven't found a machine (other than another Tesoro) that pinpointed as tight or made it as easy to tell the difference between an iron target and a non-ferrous target. I'm really considering ditching my Whites machine because its not going to get a lot of use when I get out with this Tesoro Tejon.

I keep reading great things about Tesoro's and the Minelab Explorer.

I'm continually impressed with Tabdogs finds from his $150 Compadre (I wish I knew where he was getting them for the prices he's mentioned ;)

Has anyone out there had any experience with the Tiger Shark. I have been thinking about a waterproof detector and the Tiger Shark has been highly recommended.
Thanks for any and all input.
Your Friend,

They had been sitting in a closet for 4 years. I think that's how it went.

$320 + $20 shipping. Total $340.

I figured $90 for the Compadre and $250 for the Eldorado. But wait a minute!!!!!!!$$$$$$:surprised:

You know what???? I did not think about it until right this minute.

I sold the Eldorado for $270. + $20 shipping which covered shipping and the eBay charges.

$340 minus $270 for the Eldorado means the Compadre only cost me $70...:::!!!!:yikes:

My Compadre cost $70 dollars, not the $90 dollars I've been telling every one....

Man!! what a $70 metal detector. That's one of my best finds.:wiggle:

HH,
