Tesoro / Hoover / cupajo

I'm working on a mod to cross a Tesoro Lobo and a Hoover. Yes, when I detect a coin, I flip a big switch and the Hoover just sucks it right out of the ground. Of course, one of cupajo's modified super fine scoops will be mounted on the Hoover. I don't want any buried VW bugs to clog up the suction hose. My problem, I can't find any real long extension cords to power the thing.
So, any ideas would be appreciated, Let me have 'em.

Sucks........... I never thought of that. I could just super-glue one to a 10-gal hat, and maybe hang a couple of Cerwin Vegas under it and won't need any headphones. What an idea! :clapping:

you guys are a riot :rofl::heh: i'd just pull the thing behind a solar powered electric golf cart with an inverter for 110..... no extention cord needed... no walking.... no cary'in anything

:ausflag:Hi silver you guys are just being silly ,BUT have any of you seen the radio controled detector a guy uses in england?????? not so silly it is on youtube go look i think it is unreal.terry in oz:ausflag:

Hey thepest. The places I go, I'm figuring mounting the whole darn'd thing on a Pogo Stick....!!! Anything else'll just get hung up in the rocks and manzineeta brush. Now I figure if I mount a coil on the inner shaft, and another coil with a bunch of magnets and some diodes and a couple of 813's on the outer shaft, I might can make a bunch of juice to power the Tesoro / Hoover / cupajo contraption.
I'm researching the idea and will keep you posted. Where am I going to mount the variable left handed dissgronificator on the Hoover, allowing the 23 db spike to trigger the Tesoro impulse circuit. All these things take time. Any ideas are cheerfully welcomed. Aravough for now. Ron. :sadwalk:

Go solar !

Good idea for Arizona, ...... but what would you do if you had 2 or 3 days of cloudy weather?

Na, .......... better to go Nuclear. One tiny Plutonium pellet, ............ plenty of power for 25 years, never even have to turn it off, and if you happened across a nice veign of Gold, ............. you have the power to blow a nice hole and harvest the nuggets right there at your finger tips. No digging! (Your results may vary, and no claim is made at this time!)

Anti-matter might be a power option, ............. but the mechanism for a magetic bottle is large, cumbersome, and would have to be worn in a backpack.

Good ideas zectron.. You're lucky to be to be in Arizona. Too bad the maggot locked everyone out of the Superstitions. I've read there's little nuggets all over your state. So cool. 'Course we got the big story here in Calif. Look up Earl Dorr on the web or Mojave's Underground River of Gold or Mt Kokoweef. All the same. Wowzer! Enough talk...... back to the Tesoro / Hoover / Cupajo :nerd:

Next years finest inventions will start as someones imaginative daydream!!

Keep dreaming Friends,

CJ

WOW you guys have it all wrong!!!

What you need is one of those hugh crane operated super duper electromagnets. Run it over the ground to suck all the nails out, say down to about 2 feet, then digging would be a charm, no iron, no nails. Besides all those nails will chock your hoover, sooo gover the place with this first!

Only problem with that, I believe an electro-magnet also picks non-ferrous metals too, has to do with Eddy-currents :surprised: But maybe you could find a huge P.M. type magnet to sort the stuff out later. Thats a great idea though.
